Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Huddle when you use huddleterminal.com. Please read them. By using Huddle, you agree to them.

What Huddle is

Huddle ("Huddle", "we", "us") runs huddleterminal.com: live market data for Solana tokens, plus pages and communities that coin teams can set up and run. Huddle is a software tool. We are not a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian or financial advisor, and we never hold your crypto.

Who can use Huddle

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto services where you live. By using Huddle you confirm both. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Your account

  • Give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One person per account. Don't impersonate anyone, including coin teams, Huddle staff or public figures.
  • Verifying a wallet means signing a message with it. Huddle will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never asks you to approve a transaction to verify.
  • We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, to protect other users.

Market data is not advice

Prices, charts, trades, holder lists, safety checks ("flags") and alerts come from third parties and automated systems. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on Huddle is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on Huddle is a recommendation to buy or sell any token.

Memecoins are extremely risky and can lose all of their value. A clean safety check, a huddle page or a verified team does not mean a token is safe. Do your own research and never spend more than you can afford to lose.

Starting a huddle

  • Starting a huddle costs $25, or a lower launch price when Huddle runs one (paid in SOL at the rate shown at checkout). It's a one-time payment for setting up and hosting the coin's page and community on Huddle.
  • Payments are final once the page is created. If you pay and we can't create the page because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.
  • Starting a huddle doesn't mean Huddle endorses, audits or vouches for the coin, its team or its holders.
  • Anyone can start a coin's huddle. If the real team of a coin shows us convincing proof that a huddle was started by someone else to impersonate them or mislead people, we may move control of the page to the real team or take it down.
  • The person who started a coin's huddle (and the teammates they add) controls its page and community and is responsible for what's on it.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, images, page content, profile details). You give Huddle permission to host, show, copy and adapt it as needed to run the service, for example to resize images or show your messages to other members.

Don't post or do any of the following:

  • Scams, phishing, fake airdrops, "wallet validation" or anything that tries to get people's seed phrases, keys or funds.
  • Impersonation, or fake links pretending to be a coin's official links.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, or posting someone's private information.
  • Anything sexual involving minors, or anything illegal.
  • Malware, spam, or attempts to break, overload or get around Huddle's security and limits.
  • Content you don't have the rights to.

Coin teams moderate their own communities. Huddle may also remove content or accounts that break these rules, and can see messages that are reported to us.

Bounties

Anyone in a community can post a bounty by sending the full reward in SOL to Huddle first. A bounty only goes live once that deposit arrives. The person who posted it, or the community's team, decides the winners. When a winner is approved, Huddle sends their reward from the deposit to the wallet they chose.

A live bounty can't be cancelled or changed. Whatever isn't won within 7 days is sent back to the wallet the deposit came from, so send deposits from a wallet you control, not an exchange. Huddle doesn't judge submissions or guarantee that any entry will be picked. If you think a bounty is a scam or that finished work isn't being paid, report it to Huddle from the bounty; Huddle may end a reported bounty early, in which case winners already picked are paid and the rest is refunded.

Solana network fees for payouts and refunds are covered by Huddle. Deposits that don't match a bounty (a wrong amount, or sent after the deposit window) are refunded by hand when we can identify the sender. Any taxes on rewards are the responsibility of the person who receives them.

Bounties posted before held deposits existed are paid by the team directly from its own wallet; Huddle only checks that a matching payment exists on-chain.

Direct messages and notifications

Direct messages are private between the people in them, except that messages someone reports can be reviewed by Huddle to deal with abuse. Notifications, emails and price alerts are best-effort and can be late or missed. Don't rely on them for anything time-critical.

Other services

Huddle links to and relies on other services (DEXs, wallets, block explorers, X, Telegram, and data and hosting providers). We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Swaps you make through links on Huddle happen on those services, not on Huddle.

No warranty

Huddle is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that Huddle will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Huddle isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any trading losses, lost funds, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Huddle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Huddle in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

You agree to cover Huddle's losses and costs if a claim is made against us because of content you posted or because you broke these terms.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. When we make important changes we'll update the date at the top and, where it makes sense, tell you on the site or by email. Using Huddle after a change means you accept the new terms.

You can stop using Huddle at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@huddleterminal.com. We may stop offering Huddle or parts of it.

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. See also our Privacy Policy.
